|Recommended: YesWellington Park Apartments Is Good Quality Apartment Living At An Affordable Price. — Wellington Park Apartments has a nice community and close to all of the essentials stores for shopping and schools if you have a family. There are a couple of bars walking distance for adult fun and nearby parks for family fun. The cost of a one bedroom is great for a single person.

|Recommended: YesThe Property Overall Is Fair With The Upkeep. — It is very nice and pleasant no complaints and staff is very prompt and friendly and I would say that the trash in the morning and evening sometimes is not pleasant but the maintenance and staff is very quick and prompt about trying to keep it clean. Wish residence would be more respectful as to where they leave their trash and put it in it's proper place.
