|Recommended: YesGreat Location — I really like the location it's great. I have access to two freeways and great stores restaurants. Compared to other apartments the noise level is rather moderate.
|Recommended: YesLove How Everything Is Coming Along So Nicely — I've been living here for the past couple years and a lot has change but it has changed for the better for everyone. Becoming more and more beautiful.
|Recommended: YesI have lived here for about 5 years with my children. We haven't had an issues while here. ALL the staff have been absolutely amazing from emergency issues to regular maintenance. I do wish the playground had more and maybe a basketball court but my kiddos still enjoy it.
|Recommended: YesAffordable And Comfortable — Moved here in April 2020. Haven't had any issues, yes it s an older complex, but it is very comfortable and affordable. Real Estate in Lewisville is expensive, for the price and location Wellington is perfect. We are a family of 5, in a three bedroom, a little smaller than what we had before, but we are happy to be here. The neighbors are friendly, the youth is vibrant and there's a sense of community. One thing I would change is more visiting parking, the residents park in visitors leaving limited space for actual visitors. The office staff is great, the Maintenance Crew is Incredible, they respond in a timely manner, and takes care of all issues reported. I am very pleased with our decision to be a part of the Wellington Community.
