|Recommended: YesExcellent Choise To Live... — It is a comfortable and pleasant place to live, very quiet and with quick access to all kinds of facilities shops, gas station, restaurants, schools and others . The staff working there is very attentive and friendly. I love this place.

Great Place To Live. — I am a resident of this apartment for almost one year.I moved in with lots of doubts and uncertainty as to the services and promptness of the management. i can say confidently that i have been very impressed with the reception from when i was a potential tenant till date.Apartment is not very new but there is good maintenance team always ready to treat your issue.Issues are addressed so promptly and i have never experienced a repeat of any issue treated.The manager is very professional, respectful and friendly so the office staff.She is in fully in charge and very approachable.
SAFETY Its a safe place and there is good surveillance by the city.
In all, i have introduced 2 families into this apartment in the last 6months and they are happy with their experience thus far.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property And Great Location — I would say that the property is in a very accessible location there is so much to see and do locally, but it also has the feel like you are in a quiet neighborhood .love that The staff are awesome especially if you have any maintenance issues, they are fast and are on top of it quickly, I've had an issue in the middle of the night and the staff shows up to help within minutes,, The manager's Lidia and Cindy and the office staff are always keeping residents informed and included in the activities that are being offered and they try really hard to stay connected with us , we feel valued as a residents here,, I'm really happy I was referred here as well

|Recommended: YesMaintenance — I currently have lived here for three years. I made a maintenance request to have my a c and heating unit checked. They came out the following day and when I came home from work I found that my unit was running great and was not making a loud noise anymore. They had cleaned it and replaced the fan.
They always come out quickly to check on any concerns that I have.
